Yeah, I think it's awesome that trashy sounding modules are a thing that people are getting into eurorack for now. At times it can seem like the boom is just a wave of clouds, flavor of the month and rig envy. But the dirt...the dirt is real.

I'm always on the hunt to find some people on youtube that make ambient in the darker variety. A lot of the ambient vids I find are windchime music. And that's cool. But my flavor is a noisier and darker variety.

Also nice work Worra!
Muse your stuff is nice too!
Behndy always enjoy your short vids!

Everybody here does cool shit. I gotta get crackin.

Do you have power or a case?
Nope. Nothing yet. I'm getting this in trade for a job I did, so I figured "why not". I'm looking into options though if you have any suggestions. I was planning on going really (and I mean really) slow with this. So, something small would be acceptable to me.

I think the best small and inexpensive option is still the Tiptop Happy Ending Kit. That way, when you want to expand, you just need to buy a second (or third or fourth) set of rails and end pieces and stick them in a homemade box. I also think the best overall options are probably the Intellijel cases. They're more expensive, but they are incredibly well made

d'awwwwwwww. thank you suh!

also, WOOT. Zoom HN1 (heh. ZOOM. HANDY.) got here. can't play with it till post Xmas because i have fam that always wants cheapie ideas for a gift, so i ordered and handed it off to wrap up. apparently i am hard to buy for.

the original plan was to wander around in any spare time and see if sequencing the Digitakt was different inspirationaly on this Euro Trip, but i'm probably only going to have alone time (NOT complaining. i love traveling and doing all the THINGS with The Wifey.) in the morns. i love watching cities as they wake up, she likes to sleep in.

so wanted something to always have with me, grab any interesting sounds to play with later.

Uggh stilllllll waiting on DM to get their Tetrapads.

I silenced my inner spendthrift long enough to order a NerdSEQ, usually I only buy gear used or on sale, but it’s christmas for old Barn-ey. Got the game pad expander for it too...

I saw your post, and it got my hopes up. So I sent my own query and Dan told me he was hoping to ship them out tomorrow.

I noticed that Plague bearer listing says DIY only. PB-K, (for kit maybe), but looks like the same thing as a PB-1E, which is the v4 that I have. The only apparent differences are the knobs in a straight row, and it doesn't have all the extra mult jacks.

I already removed my uneducated ramblings from my post like a ninja, but I will validate that I did ramble.

i love the E950, but it's so hard not to sound like Aphex with it. and the bass here is totes ripping off Tom Jenkins, but the FLXS is FUN to program.

it's an evolution of the last patch, working on getting bits together for song stuff.
