didn't read through the whole thread but did somebody at least already say:

check out those new a/da compact flangers (or the original big ones if you don't mind the size) if you are looking for looong sweeps

in some seriousness i really enjoy the flange from my PDS1700. It doesn't get as chorusy as i would like, but it gets super clangy with high headroom.

I miss mine. Gonna get another one at some point, the flanger can get super throaty.
