Out of curiosity: is there any insurance that might help you out a bit in the next months? I mean, there are wildfires every year in California. Is there a standard insurance that saves your ass a bit in case of such an emergency?

Also: I hope you had your digital family photos and so on on a cloud or external HD that was stored elsewhere. Those are a pain to lose!

Yeah we have renters insurance that'll help us out. Long term we will be okay, just the short and medium term that's tricky. And seriously so thankful for cloud backup of pictures. We lost some instax ones, but the vast majority are just from our phones so they're saved somewhere.

Not a lot of people are interested in the raffle. Most people have said if I win, sell or give it to Peteebee.

Most people donate without even entering the raffle. Currently less than 10 people have even entered. So everyone has high odds of winning right now.

Try selling it and donating it, or maybe donating it instead of joining the raffle. Might do more good. Everyone trying to add to the raffle might consider doing the same.

Though if you want to add it to the raffle, I will be happy to help.

Those things are super tasty though.

yeah i was gonna text you earlier david and ask what the status on the raffle entries was. since there are so few. i'd say we just try to sell it all for more money for peter, or donate it to him when his living situation stabilizes so he can get back to playing music. i already giving him two of my guitars.

as for other outlets. this campaign has been splattered all across facebook and instagram (even though both are currently experience rushin' problems), and is trending on gofundme so we're really visible right now. i don't know if peter uses any other forums, etc so besides here and reposts on facebook and ig. we reached $2500 almost all on our and through mutual connections, plus a few philanthropists and good samaritans as always.
