Is your gear okay? Not really what you're focusing on atm, I suppose, but personally I find music to be a great outlet and break from whatever shitty thing is happening in my life. You should have some music gear to cope, is all I'm saying. I think I have a few things to send your way if not. I just gotta demo them first, lol.

Just out of curiosity. Do you have good insurance on the house at least? My dad lost a duplex recently to a fire and they paid out 190k, which covered his loan plus like 30k.
Usually your items aren't covered by insurance unless you itemized and kept super good records.
