That's what I was saying. If all we need is for someone to show up and put up signs telling people where to be, I can do that. If there's some hardcore organization that needs to happen that I'm just missing somehow, I probably can't do it, but I'm happy to take over mild organizing responsibilities. What still needs to be done?

My wife and I actually used to rent the third floor of our house out on Airbnb, but we stopped shortly before our daughter was born. I sort of doubt I could convince her that we should let a bunch of people from the internet crash at our house with a one-year-old in the picture, I'm afraid. On the other hand, I do own a huge board game shop, where post-business-hours crashing could maybe happen. Or, actually, my smaller location recently closed, but we still have the lease, and it might be an easier sell with my partner offering that as a sleep option, since he'd be worried about theft and there's nothing left over there to steal. Either way, it would be BYOBedding and not really equipped as a residence, but potentially a free option.

As for a Saturday activity, the only thing that comes to mind is I could ask my friend Steve about renting his recording studio for the day where we could jam and he could record whatever jams we wanted throughout the day. I think his daily rate is $300, and it's a decent-sized space.

In terms of neighbourhoods, PhilaMOCA is in Callowhill (northeast of center city), my stores are in Powelton Village and Cedar Park (west Philly) and the recording studio in question is in Port Richmond (northeast Philly), if any of that means anything to anyone. We'd be kind of all over the place.
