Not being used to sell anything. It's not visible on the exterior of the pedal nor is it present in any of the marketing. It's just an easter egg on the circuit board. Any lawsuit would probably get thrown out on a 27(b)/(6) motion.

I am surprised on how much volume output the reissue has. I thought the Supercollider and Civil Unrest got loud, they do, but not like this guy.

Got mine today. Sounds like a good muff. I certainly think it would fair very well in a blind test with something more pricey though, so I get the hype. I'll probably keep it around, although I still stand by the fact that muff tone pots are boring as fuck. Definitely nothing new there. Here's a pic for no real reason. Mix of thru-hole and surface mount and Russian Santa battery.

If it would please the court, as stated in our previously filed brief, precedent was clearly established in Mike v Ike, where the 3rd appellate court overturned the judge's previous ruling, citing that any lyrics printed on circuit boards could only reasonably be seen by those who open the enclosure to put their WEED in there.
