anyways i need some help, my new account was hacked. and i have no facebook so instagram/fb are giving me a huge middle finger so if y'all could go over to @walterdeagueroii and report i was hacked i'd really appreciate it.

it seems theres a form you can fill out and submit to insta to get your account fixed. Appart from that, your best bet would be to pester them until you can get accesss again.
