Call me Scruffs McGruff, but I'd venture to say that sentence was written by someone who doesn't listen to music. GuitarWorldBot?

I actually was reading the Echosex press release and that Wire sharticle was at the bottom. Chank knows how I spend my days.

You and $harkToootth are likely right that he was trying to list bands influenced by Wire, but benroe delivered my favorite reply. (and also the Darrenator's opening was about 4 sentences crammed into one, that's a fucking mess)

That's what I read. Maybe it's not the most clear, but yeah. I'm also not familiar with Wire, so maybe I'm missing something else here.
