I care about all you guy's e-peens, and as such I don't want ya'll to catch some nasty virus on em, because that ain't cool.

What does it mean? It means that if you have a shiny, pretty username in any of the websites mentioned here* then you should change your passwords. Hell, make sure to go to https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and search your emails and usernames while you're at it in case you haven't changed your passwords since the introduction of Arpanet.

Eh, hackers rarely deal in stolen emails or spam. Most of the time spam comes from info you give out to willingly. Like when you sign up for a newsletter, contest, or when you order pizza online.
