New comedy special on Netflix. I listen to Rogan's podcast here and there and my opinion of him wavers, but this special was good and relevant. Check it out.

I find Rogan's actual comedy shows a bit meh, but I do enjoy his podcast (well, depending on the guest). He's a lot funnier when he isn't trying so hard. Good to hear this is decent. I'll check it out!

Rogan is a comic who I find hilarious off the cuff, conversationally, as opposed to on stage. Jim Norton too. Not that their acts are weak, they just shine so much brighter in a passionate discussion where it's possible to provide meta commentary in the moment. Sharp lad

I agree with you guys. I haven't seen the new special yet, but I do find him much funnier in conversation than on stage. I listened to the podcast a ton before ever watching him do standup, and my first thought was "hey! This isn't your regular personality!" Then I remembered that it is a stage performance. Rocky Mountain High was a good one IMO.

I'm watching it for the second time in a row... High as fuck mind you.... I just can't understand why this guy is so intense. I can't focus on his jokes because I'm distracted by his weird faces. I like his podcasts when he has good guests, but his comedy is fuckin weird.... He ended the show with this demon joke, and it went on way too long.

Someone watch it and agree with me

Haha, that ending bit did go on long but I thought it was good.

He does make some intense faces. I was sober so it was a little easier and bearable.

His podcasts are definitely more interesting. I kind of felt like he was soapboxing and saying inflammatory shit to get a rise out of the crowd, especially when

he heckled the girls who walked out after he started in on how women shouldn't defend the whitehouse and how he can beat up his wife and kids. I wasn't a huge fan of the Caitlin Jenner jokes, especially because he called her Bruce throughout the entire thing, which was pretty not cool on it's own.
