Just finishing up Day of the Triffids and then i'm on to A Clockwork Orange or The Wasp Factory... Then i'm thinking of something by H.P. Lovecraft, anyone got a suggestion for his work? I know the well known things but I have no idea what's best.

Clockwork Orange was a tough read for me due to the difficulty in understanding that damn language/slang! (Nadsat or whatever that was)
It's funny that you ask about Lovecraft because I got an anthology of his called Bloodcurdling Talge of Horror and The Macabre. It containes two of his most famous works like The Call of Cthulhu, The Dunwich Horror. I really liked the Dunwich Horror and The Outsider. Check it out, pretty good stuff.
Haha, ah yes, i've already read part of A Clockwork Orange, after seeing the film & living in England... I can quite honestly say i'm still confused! but i'll manage.
That book sounds like a good one, someone reccomended the Necronomicon but that's more short stories as far as I know, i'll check that out, cheers for the reccomendation
just finished farwell to arms by hemmingway...just started cloud atlas by david mitchell.. I would recommend 2666 by roberto bolano----actually anything by roberto bolano is great.
I don't read books anymore [ok I try not too]. I tend to get obsessive about things... and I kind of lived in Si-Fi/Fantasy books for a few years I'm the kind of person that can sit down with a big book and then look up and go "shit it's tomorrow already"
So now all I read is manga anymore, it's a faster [simpler] read and I can read it all on line so I don't have books piling up EVERYWHERE... And I don't get as involved [most of the time...] as I did with books...
