First of all, I can't possibly guess what a shopping trolley is; talk American.

Second: No, they're very heavy, usually stainless steel with fairly heavy casters. I don't mean that we really did complex tricks...more like get in one and run it down a long hill/off a ramp/into a wall/ride them across crowded parking lots, &c.
