Maybe he was serious when he said the new pedal would be an Analog Chorus in that one Knobs///CB vid.

I bet Earthquaker has somethin' sick up their sleeves
nothin' too weird this time though, just good sounding and maybe a lil freaky if you touch it right in the night

You'd think it would have tap tempo in that case though?jrfox92 wrote:Maybe he was serious when he said the new pedal would be an Analog Chorus in that one Knobs///CB vid.

Wouldn't mind seeing them make more Grim Reefers that don't cost $300.moogboy wrote:I bet Earthquaker has somethin' sick up their sleeves

I mean, to be fair, not having displays is kind of Empress's THING.
This thing looks amazing, sure to give the El Cap and Nemesis a serious run. Can't wait to see the price tag though :/ $450 USD?

Ventris looks neat. I beg UC can create a bunch of sweet presets for all of us.

Yeah. We just have to appeal to his sense of altruism to get him to jump on one and make cork sniffing gear fuzz friendly. But he might tell us to go fuck ourselves in a loving way because the BitQuest reverb is the end of all reverbs

If the Ventris has some weird verb modes his love of weird sounds may outweigh altruism/BitQuest Boners.Disarm D'arcy wrote:Yeah. The Blurst is pretty grotesque but I don't suppose there are (m)any other(?) dedicated modulated filters within that price range.

Wow, normally I don't mind EHX graphics, even the ones that everybody seems to hate but that is truly butt ugly.

I rather enjoyed that commentJonnyAngle wrote:I can't wait to see what Kirk hammet comes out with
I wish these things had CV out, trig out and gate out. I would be so in. I LOVE my montrons more than my more expensive synths. Maybe STRANGE TALES can mod them and then I would pick up a MAKE NOISE 0 Coast and trigger it with those.
I literally have $500 cash in a sock for this. Had it for like a year. It is literally my Geiger Counter Pro fund. Worked some overtime one weekend and done. As soon as you can get one I will order online, then deposit said cash in my account. I know it is retarded but I don't want that money going anywhere else. It may be less money too.whoismarykelly wrote:Dont know if its been mentioned yet but the WMD Geiger Counter Pro is finally getting a release after 5-6 years.
Do you like those pedals (Chase Bliss) I don't have any yet but they have been teasing me for a while. I'm more than covered in the effects they have out now (not trem though, so Gravitas may be my first). I can rationalize the price (2nd hand will get you $50 off) but from what I heard I find the sound underwhelming to the UI. I may just be enticed by their interface (to me the knobs and what you can theoretically do is the gold standard for a stomp box).Strange Tales wrote:I'd rather him fuck around with anything else. Bitcrushing, Envelope Generation, VCA+Envelopes, Filters, Digitally controlled Sample Rate Reduction, Morphing Octave Generation. Literally anything else.
I've kind of ditched the idea of synths lately (said this in another thread) just cause I fucking love pedals.
I normally would share that sentiment. But something happened to my stupid brain this year. I have three fuzz pedals that all do very different things and I thought I was covered. I was wrong. I'm becoming like Juan Alderete and just love different kinds of fuzz. Couldn't tell you what happened.whoismarykelly wrote:Fuzz is boring as fuck. There I said it.
Can someone make a tremolo system that can go horizontal and vertical please? Or like a pedal with a joystick that modulates?
Is there a pedal that can emulate additive synthesis? Usually synth pedals have filters and...stuff. I don't know. Guitar and bass string make sine waves so in theory this could be a thing?
