video of guy playing guitar with stick and singing weird

Back in the days of HCFX someone posted a video of some dude playing guitar hitting it with a stick or something while kind of moving/grooving to it while singing weirdly. I think the guy was from the UK. It was awesome and I've been trying to find it on youtube but with no luck. I know this all sounds vague as fuck but I figured I'd ask in case someone remembers what I'm talking about - if you were around in the HCFX days.

It's not Sigur Ros - though I can totally see how my description could apply to Jonsi lol.

This was like in the guy'a rehearsal room or something. I wanna say the guy was in the U.K. cause it sounded like he had an accent.

Probably not right, but I've seen Daniel Ash from Bauhaus use some weird guitar techniques with a drumstick, but I can't find a video like you describe.
