Song Per Month Project
So I don't know if anyone is interested in this, but I'm starting a song per month project starting January 1st. I participated in one a couple years ago that died out pretty quickly, but its what motivated me to start writing songs again.
It's pretty self-explanatory. Each month I'll pick a theme (of which I'll be open to suggestions) at the beginning of each month, then write and record the song by the end of the month. I'll post the songs on songpermonth.bandcamp.com. I'll post the themes in here, and on the facebook page, Song Per Month.
Anyone is welcome to participate, and all genres are welcome. E-mail submissions to songpermonthproject@gmail.com
I'll post the theme for each month in this post.

Sounds fun! In light of probably being unemployed and no studies, make it a week

This sounds cool. Looking forward to seeing the results!
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

Shit I've been trying to gun for one per year. Maybe next year I'll hit that quota.

I've always had this weird urge to release an album on Christmas (shout out to RTJ) and this seems like the perfect excuse/motivation to do it.

Yup. Similar motivation. Gives me an excuse to have something out to end the year off with a bang.ThurberMingus wrote:I've always had this weird urge to release an album on Christmas (shout out to RTJ) and this seems like the perfect excuse/motivation to do it.
