Anyway, about the whole shit bag insurance thing. We decided to get the cheapest there is. Reason being is that we can pay out of pocket for everything and save money. I need to the see the doc twice a year and am on three meds. Those combined expenses will be 1300 bucks. Expensive but better than what I was up against before. Our cost before was 1600 dollars a person this year. Now two of my kids don't take any meds and my wife only takes one, plus she sees the doctor once a year. With all that taken into account, I'm probably going to save 4-5 grand on insurance UNLESS someone gets sick or needs surgery. In which case, I will be fucked, but I'm praying that doesn't happen and that the insurance options next year will be better. I don't have high hopes though. I think it's going to continue to get worse.
