I'm from Dallas, and I may know who this guy is. Is his last name **redacted** perchance? If so, I can try giving him a shakedown next time I see him (although that's not very often).
Y'all's experiences w him randomly dropping off seems very similar to the Joseph I'm thinking of - I had booked his band on big shows twice and he bailed on both of them day of, with like 30 minute's notice. I tried to assume the best intentions gone awry, but if this is the same guy then that'd put that shit in a different context.

I never intended to screw anyone over and I really am sorry things went down the way they did.
I don't have any valid excuses.
I'm working with Tom to get things fixed and make right.
I don't intend on further using the BST here or on any forums as I am clearly not in a place where I can be relied upon to do a transaction.
I don't ask that this thread be removed, but I would appreciate it if posts containing my public information were edited.

I say make good on your stuff and then make a post. That's my opinion. I've seen way too many people come back here and say "sorry I fucked you over" to only continue to fuck them over. Not saying you would do that, but come on dude. Make right on this. I've done deals with you before and they were great, so I know you are able to.
