I think last year was an opt in during signup. When you sent neonblack the email, you had to specify that you were willing to ship abroad.

I felt like too much of a noob last year to get involved, but I'll join in this year if y'all will have me. Spoiler: all my gifts will now and forever be Stevie Ray Vaughan/Texas themed, so get psyched!

If your gift doesn't include the statue or a miniature version, we'll all be disappointed.

So what's the general criteria? I know we stalk who we get so we can craftily/warm-n'-fuzzily get them something they love, but are there any rules/suggestions/price caps etc?

RULES
1. Don't be an asshole.

2. Minimum post count requirement of 500. Only exception is people that successfully participated in previous versions of Secret Santa, please include previous assignment(s) in your email for easier verification. If you have less than 500 posts, we can bend this rule if you have some folks vouch for you. A good trading record will make a big difference here.

3. ILF Management will review ALL applicants for rule 1 compliance.

4. Presents should reach their destination by Christmas, it's called Secret Santa, if you can't commit to that do not sign up.

5. Gift range is $50-$100. You can go higher if you're able. Include local snax. ONE GIFT MUST BE A PEDAL OF SOME SORT!!!!! (NOTE: We had some folks go overboard last year. This is totally acceptable. It's also acceptable to stay between the $50-100 range. Don't be a cheapass though.

6. Failure to send the gift will result in Ban Hammering. The Management does not enjoy that, you will not enjoy that.

For whatever reason I thought it was 150-200...and went over that too. No wonder my dude was so grateful

Yeah I went over those, too. Doesn't matter -- it's the giving, not the receiving. Consider it a bit of guidance and a way to avoid actually skimping on a gift?

Did anyone ever buy my 2014 gift? It was in the BST a little while ago (the Blackout Effectors Stoke with the Krampus paintjob)?
