It's not for everyone. That is for sure. Oh and it's not healthy. I would never, ever tell anyone it is. But if you do it once a year, you'll be ok. It's the guys that do it non stop that are dying from heart failure and shit. After this I'm taking well over a year off! I can't wait!!!
