Miracle Whip is the only mayo for me. My old roommate used to tell me I was eating goblin cum, though.

Hey there, Quebecer weighing in. The reason God created mayo, was to use it as a topping for french fries.

^^^ another example of the Canadians doing it better than we do. You get the frites, you put the mayo on em, you get your arteries checked out using your universal healthcare.

Oh, well, we definitely do that, too. And sometimes we also put spaghetti sauce and curds on there instead of gravy, and we call it a "poutine Michigan." I don't understand it either.

While on the tangent of fry toppings, I've seen many people in D.o.S's neck of the woods putting malt vinegar, pepper, and salt on their fries. And I have to say that I'm partial to that.

Malt vinegar and salt is great when paired with fried cod and some thick fries.

Vinegar on fries is the shit. That's an English thing (and a New English thing) and the fact that it doesn't happen everywhere at all times is as sure a sign of the decline of Western Civilization as We Know It (patent pending) as people not being fussed about what bathroom you use.

Gravy fries and cheese curds, I can get behind! Same with the vinegar fries.

I'll never forgot the first time I had ranch on fries. It's good, oddly enough.

Also poutine is spectacular and spectacularly not well done outside of greater Quebec (which includes where I am because imperialism)
