spot for I Remember Enough Of A Movie That I Want To Rewatch It But Not Enough To Effectively Google It?

there's this dystopian scifi live action thing, looks like it's trying REALLY hard to be an anime, and there's only one scene i vividly remember -

a woman, future police lady, who i think has The Creepy Mental Powers, is raiding a refugee/homeless looking hideaway camp, after a bunch of fugees get slaughtered, she tries to stop the Giant Menacing Law Bot from destroying a baby, that might have a huge head, that is a mentat.

Dude it sounds like you got stoned and watched Ghost in the Shell, Akira and District 9 at the same time.
Which makes me want to know what the fuck this movie is because it sounds AWESOME.

That new Dredd was actually pretty cool.
I loved the Aeon Flux shorts and series but the movie was too far detached from them.
