This thread reminded me that i miss my waffle maker and i've been meaning to get a cast-iron one.

WAFFLES UBER ALLES!!!

Waffles will for ever remain so much better than pancakes. Even now when I make pancakes they are closer to crepes (just less sweet); thin and crispy. I can't stand cakey pancakes at all.

I don't generally like pancakes, but when I'm in diet mode, I'd murder an entire village of people for them.
