SHARP white cheddar.
Feta.
Paneer.
Gorgonzola.

hell naw i fucking HATE cheese. absolutely abhor. Mozzarella becuz that's on pizza. but aside from that. um. no. it is NASTY.

OH FUCK YES, I LOVE CHEESE

All of the triple creams, all of the french soft cheeses like brie and camembert
Gorgonzola (or basically any bleu) is awesome
smoked gouda ftw
I also dig goat cheeses

American, Provolone, Swiss, Cheddar, Jack, Brie, Blue...but I'm not that adventurous with cheese.

I don't like really hard/dry cheese, nutty encrusted cheese...some marbles are okay, but some are too strong/inedible. Varities made with whisky and such can be a bit strong. I guess I don't like extremely smelly, extremely soft (with the exception of Brie), or extremely moldy looking cheese.

I love cheese sooooooooooooooooooooo much...

My favorite is when restaurants have cheese plates, or even better, cheese carts. Yes, they wheel a cart full of cheese to you and you can pick whichever ones you want.

My favorite cheese is Shropshire Blue. I love most blue cheeses especially with these crackers:

I also like bugles filled with cheez wiz, even though admitting that will probably get me kicked out of the cheese club

I have never been to a restaurant nice enough to have a cheese cart.

Sometimes, Wegmans has giant $250+ wheels of cheese. Which always amaze me.

= deep fried Indian cheese :love:

For those that have never had it: Paneer is a home made cheese from India which is kind'a like a cross between cheese curds and tofu.

Red Leicester
Smoked & Garlic Cheeses are also good.
