Are you talking about real post-rock bands or making stuff up? The latter seems more entertaining.

Maybe some Red Sparrows-ish long song titles:

Removing the Vail Revealed Our Greatest Fears

The Destruction Was Silent, The Destruction Was Great

or

The Attack was Silent, The Destruction Was Great

Strictly real. Maybe not strictly post-rock. To be fair, I only independently thought of the first two myself, then I looked at the Wikipedia list of Post-rock bands...
