I thought everybody had access to paczkis...is this a Michigan/Detroit thing? Stopping to grab some on the way home...yes, we self-medicate with sugar and gluten, so fucking what. We live in a mitten.

I thought it was. I know my friend who moved to NYC had to hunt to find one. Maybe I'm wrong :idk: . I already ate a custard one this morning.

Yeah, basically a Polish donut filled with custard, creme, fruit/jelly, mousse, whatever you like. It's a Fat Tuesday thing. But it's special, because you get them once a year. In celebration of Fatness.
