Honestly, I really like the idea of this, but most appealing is the whole level up and track your progress RPG style thing.
Trying to weigh up whether or not it's worth paying for.

I guess I just wanted to know if anyone here was on it and whether or not they thought the exercises and resources were quite good/worth it and if the community seemed ok.

If not, I'm gonna piss Vid off and ask him to write me a program with levels and XP to gain. :lol: (not really kidding.... :erm: )

Yeah, I don't disagree, but as mentioned, I am completely smitten by the RPGness of the goal setting.

I am a nerd. And I have tried fitness.

I shall watch your video and see if this may be a worthy quest for me.
