Where the dual knob have them separated, the single knob controls both wave frequency and height at the same time.

Nah, normal pot controlling both parameters at the same time. The IC Water has less tweaking possibilities than the DW.

I noticed that too. I had a mind warp about 4 years ago (?) I'm pretty sure they were about $140 new back then, they seemed to be more accessible to get. Shouldn't have sold that one!

I'll say it again. Hype. Seriously probably only created by ILF. LOL. Seppuku is not that special. I still don't get it. I owned one of their pedal that I bought for 150 new. It was fun, but I got rid of it and didn't even think about the brand until this thread got resurrected. It's so weird to me the level of bad customer service folks will put up with and still be more than thrilled. Almost makes me question man kind as a whole. Why are we here? What's the meaning of life?

No but seriously. Ya'll are a bunch of crack smokers. :)

I'm not sure if you're serious or joking but I do think it is.

I mean to each their own. But I do think it's a bit...ehhhh....dumb? Is that the right word? I don't want to be a dick. I'm not saying that you guys are dumb. Just the prices, the presentation, the skill of the build, the lack of communication, the finished product. Shit even the sounds. Kind of dumb....That's just my take. :) I am a dick btw.

I'll agree on the prices being dumb compared to the skill of the build and the lack of communication.

But finished product and the sounds are pretty subjective. I like the absolutely wild shit I get from the 3 Seppuku pedals I own. I'll probably go for a EnveLFO, but Rhys still hasn't fixed the shipping error and I'm not charging myself extra money I really don't have. I'm also getting much more into modular.

Either way, Seppuku is one of the few builders out there right now that I care about because his pedals aren't just "Look it's a (variant of 10000 fucking kinds of) fuzz/OD/delay! This totally hasn't been done before."

Pretty much. Also, I've always been replied to (well, except for when he went off the grid entirely for a while). I think our email exchange is 40 emails by now, so I guess I'm some sort of exception as far as customer service goes. As far as presentation...well, that's just an aesthetic preference. I think (most of) his pedals are gorgeous, some of the best around. Build quality? I don't know, I'm pretty reckless and clumsy, and so far they've held up. I don't have a guts fetish though, and we all know they're sub-par. I wouldn't be upset if the prices were lower, but the fact is; I like the unique sounds so much that I'm willing to pay for them.
