Seinfeld.

Curb is just too focused on one character.

And Seinfeld will always be my go-to example of really well written dialogue that seamlessly mixes multiple characters, motivations and storylines in the same conversation.

I could watch Curb Larry read the phone book and I would giggle away at it.

I'm not into cringe-humor, so Curb, while very often funny, doesn't reach the heights that Seinfeld did for me.

I still haven't decided which way I will cast my vote, but I will say that the episode of curb where Larry dates the woman in the wheelchair might be the funniest thing I've ever seen. Perfectly exploits his formula for comedy.

Easy choice for me. I never liked "Seinfeld" because I never liked Jerry Seinfeld. Something about him (possibly his face, possibly his white sneakers, probably both those things and all the bits in between) just annoyed the shit out of me. I like Larry (I even like him in drag as a nun in that shitty "Three Stooges" movie), so "Curb" is the winner.

I was born in the mid nineties and my parents were fans, had it on first VHS now DVD, so I grew up with Seinfeld and not once have I watched it and thought "this is old" or "not again" no matter how many re-runs I've seen.
That counts for something surely.

One of the biggest sources of shame in my life is that I've never watched Curb Your Enthusiasm. I've always meant to watch it, just never taken the time. Which is a shit excuse now that I can stream it on Amazon...right?

Oh yeah, I can watch an episode of seinfeld pretty much any time and just feel good.

Haven't gotten into it much but I also feel like Seinfeld had more sweet catchphrases

sometimes when my kids do something goofy I still say

"and you want to be my latex salesmen"

They have no idea what this means, but it's still a great drop

I haven't watched as much Seinfeld as I have Curb. I do like Seinfeld as a show but to me Larry as a character wins over Jerry. Though people are right about Seinfeld being more than just about one person; that works well, but I think a lot of the characters in Curb, though not the center of the story, are just as funny and entertaining, if not more, than Larry.

Watching the Palestinian Chicken episode right now. Season 8, Episode 3

This. I've never been able to make it through a whole Curb Your Enthusiams episode. I'm fairly socially awkward in person, I don't need more awkward in comedy
