Seinfeld...

Curb your enthusiasm is like a show dedicated to George and Krammer in one person...and I do like it because of that...but i like Seinfeld more as it has more variety.

having said that...both programs along with arrested development are among my top 5 comedy shows of all time.

I like trouble and stress situations. curb dishes that out consistently. Seinfeld is a bit more of a salad, if you prefer the variety.

I think seinfeld was great at taking everyday situations and making them extremely funny
Curb is good at taking everyday situations and making them extremely awkward and then funny
sometimes curb is almost to cringeworthy to watch

and I would probably put it/curb and arrested development in my top 5 as well.

Followed by some battle between
30rock/parksnrec/theoffice/and if it ran longer better of ted

Both are great. Though if it weren't for Seinfeld I probably wouldn't have the appreciation for comedy that I do.

I'm a big fan of cringe so Curb is an amazing show to watch.

I could stand Jerry's shitty acting when I was younger, but I just can't anymore. Larry is not much better, but he has the charisma to pull it off. I'm also a huge cringe fan. CYE for me.

Pro tip: If you love cringe, try getting your hands on the danish show called "Klovn". It's legendary.

Seinfeld. Curb was good, but Seinfeld was great.

I felt like Curb was a little too redundant. I am sure the same could have been said about Seinfeld but there was just a certain mojo to that show that made it work. The most important thing about comedy is timing and Seinfeld was the best at it.

That's not fair. Seinfeld was on NBC and Curb on HBO. Obviously Curb could push more boundaries

Curb Your Enthusiasm is to Seinfeld what hashish is to marijuana. That is to say, CYE is a more stripped down, concentrated, purity of essence version of what made Seinfeld great.

In summary, Curb Your Enthusiasm is the better show.

Never really watched Seinfeld and what I did I didn't care about.

Curb I liked more, there some episodes that I do like and then some that just grate my fucking nerves endlessly. so I don't watch it much either now. But I've watched is far more and more consistently than Seinfeld.
