Who's this made for and who is making this stuff?
Embarassing...
Why don't they show real punk shows...you know the ones with all the old people standing around talking about shows they saw thirty years ago...

Haha I didn't see that, I didn't go in the Mad Max thread because I still need to see it and I wanted to avoid any spoilers.

Eats mushrooms.
No problem, there just mushrooms.
But they're actually psychedelic mushrooms.
Hilarious. I've never seen that done in cinema before.

Adjust the first sentence as needed.
Why make a mad max movie after 30 years when they've all been downhill since the first?
Money. That's why. I refuse to pay into such a hollow cash grab.
Same goes for all the remakes/reboots/etc right now. In fact, I hate most movies in general.

I agree with you for the most part and I will add all sequels made after 10+ year breaks are because Hollywood is running out of "original" stories so they are turning to cult classics and oversatured franchises and reimaginations because that are proven because they know it will sell more tickets.
Do I think this looks god awful, yes. Will I end up seeing it on Netflix, probably. Because just like a car crash in nascar, because everyone is cheering for it to happen and when it does, even though it's terrible, you can't look away.
