I'm sure that it's right up my alley, I love Dark Fantasy. It's just that finding the balance between grittiness and Dark Induced Audience Empathy - which is why I lost interest in Game of Thrones.

Book about The Process Church of Final Judgment. Processean lore is fascinating. This is the 3rd book I've read about them and I still can't decide if they were gurus or lunatics. Probably both.

Re: What are you reading?
Just finished The Bone Clocks by David Mitchell. Which I though I bought because of a Warren Ellis recommendation but I checked and nope, I got that from somebody else I think. Interesting book (6 parts with a different narration style each), though kind of annoying at times. Still, I might try another Mitchell book later...

And I'm continuing "Descartes' Error" by Antonio Damasio. I'm trying to alternate fiction and non-fiction but in that case it's not that easy. There might be a bit too much neuroscience in there for me (it pains me to say that), but I'll try to finish it. It seems worth it.

Swedish titles, the top one is "Economics for leftists" and the other one is a biography about Olof Palme, a very famous Swedish politician who got assassinated. I swear that I'm super fun at parties.

I'm actually liking this one. It is well written, and I have learned a good bit about pedal history and rig building. I've read many hobby-centric books that were a letdown. And, I will admit the CD isn't great and there are only a couple of builder spotlights that I'm interested in. But, all in all, I think it is a nice book to have.
