Favorite movie clips/memes MAY NOT BE SAFE FOR WORK

Post by Jwar »

Hey guys! I know this might bog things down a bit in different areas, but I want to know what yours are! Funny, scary, insane, etc. We see them all the time in different areas and thought it'd be cool if we all shared here? Maybe not? MAYBE SO???

Anyway, I'll start with my favorites. They can be meme's, trailers, clips...whatever!!! Movies though! Strictly movies. :)

Gotta be one of my favorite movies of all time

Ok I'll just start with those. Your turn. :)

It's not on youtube as far as I know, but there's a great scene in Christopher Nolan's Following where two characters break into an apartment, they see a typewriter and the following exchange occurs:

A: "Do you think he's a writer?"
B: "If he wanted to write he'd have a word processor. He doesn't want to write, he wants to be a writer."

The twist is, of course, that unbeknownst to character B it's character A's apartment.

I'm sorry to hear

I went there for a year and then realized I wasn't going to make any money with a film degree.

The year I went someone got shot a day before classes started, just off campus.

I was actually just looking for something from Prometheus. After it came out, my wife and I went and bought Alien, Aliens, and I think we rented 3 and Resurrection and binge watched all of them. I love the whole space jockey/engineer concept. And, HR Giger...oh man.

Alien is the best. Aliens and Alien 3 are both great IMO. A lot of people didn't like 3 but I loved it. Resurrection was...weird. It was originally written as the script for Firefly and then Fox was like ADD ALIENS!
