Even with all the complications I suffer(ed) it really is the best option. Women have awful periods every month, so I'll take an aching swollen nut about half as often if it comes with the privilege of fucking when it's time to fuck.

I just got in touch with my doctor to talk about my own plumbing modifications. I gotta say, the aching swollen nut comment gives one pause for a moment, though I get the sentiment. I know a few dudes who've done it though and only one says he has periodic pain. I guess it's a roll of the dice in that regard. Still seems worth it.
