Can anyone here make a clone of a phase 90 or what ever?

I want the taste of phaser before I commit to buying something nicer.

grab a Whirlwind orange box.
$80 will get you a handwired vintage Phase 90.
I have an original, and the Whirlwind sounds the same without the noise.

Even cheaper than a Whirlwind, you can get a JOYO Vintage Phaser (Phase 90 Clone), decent build quality and true bypass.

You can find a phaser used (maybe new) for less than you will get someone to build you one. I got my phase 90 for $50, and sold it for $50.

True I got my Phase 90 used for $30 at GC, it was on display for three years, so basically it was mint.

so many parts in any phaser or chorus makes it the black sheep of DIY. no one wants to build one for $50.
