Lift to Experience, "The Texas Jerusalem Crossroads" from 2001. Great record, described as "a ten-gallon prog-emo Biblical concept album about the Texan apocalypse". Double-disc ("Texas" and "Jerusalem"), Cocteau Twins produced.

^ It really is a great record. Can't even remember how I heard it. Came out of nowhere, went nowhere, and I never really heard of the band again until Josh Pearson, the singer/guitarist, released a solo album called "Last of the Country Gentlemen" in 2011, which is also excellent.
