Lets seize the oppurtunity of being in Norway by enjoying the spectacular nature there as well.

That sounds pretty cool, those places all look beautiful in photos I've seen. Will look into different flight dates and how much holiday I have to play with.

So awesome that people are looking into it! Me and Eivind are meeting up tomorrow for practice. Hopefully, we can work out some more details and perhaps work something out as far as getting people from the train station and to the rehersal space. It's only a couple of stops away by subway, but it would be cool to perhaps hang out at a bar close to the train station while waiting for everyone to arrive. For those considering driving; there is free parking next to the rehersal space, but it is also fairly popular to park there for longer periods of time, meaning I can't guarantee you a parking space close to where we're staying. I will look around for some alternatives as far as parking goes.

I will make sure I've moved all of my gear to the space so people can go crazy and play with whatever they want, but bringing your own board or at least a few pedals is encouraged. We have basses and guitars covered unless you're super picky.

I'm not really known to anyone here but haven't been to Norway in a while and would love an excuse to go somewhere again. Would I be welcome or no?

Unless I'm terrible mistaken, we are around 14 people (including Eivind and myself) now that are interested so we might have to look to see if there are any cheap hostels or something around the rehersal space or if we have some friends who have couches for people to crash on. I know, a lot of people said they wanted to go til ILF EU last year, but only about half actually ended up going. Still, better safe than sorry! As much as we love each other, sleeping on top of each other might be asking too much...or?

Awesome, that'd be fine re staying at a hostel or something. UC would you mind if I pm'd you about some travel things so as not to congest this thread so much?
