My GD is in the mail. I just went back to Tonefactor and messed around with the quantity field in the shopping cart to see if i could figure out how many GD's are still in stock. It looks like they still have 9 GD's. Because this is the 2nd run of 20 (i read that on here somewhere), that means 31 have been sold. I wonder if this is interesting to anyone? It's fun to do a little internet detective work every now and then.
Check out my EP: Math and Science "Ultrasound" on iTunes. Thanks, everybody.

I bought one to replace an el capistan. I like the el capistan, but I really needed footswitchable reverb.

The Ghost Disaster sounds great and I like the choice of controls. The only thing I wish it did was reverb trails. I really like that the delay can trail, but the reverb does not.

Is it just me or do the last 3 posts seem a little suspicious? :erm:

A strange coincidence, perhaps. I think it's funny that friendlybunny joined in July but just now submitted a first post. :hello:

connected it and the ghost echo part did not work  yesterday i did a partly demontage and found the depth potentiometer completly broken. changed it and now it is working. i pm'ed through this board to eq devices but got no answer... :poke: (now you could say something about the price of the unit and the built quality whatever but...)

beside that i like the sound and behaviour of it quite a lot. just need to play it a lot louder than right now (christmas!) possible...

Yeah.... I joined a while ago and lurk a lot, but I'm fairly active on the DAM board. My depth pot on the Echo was broken as well when I got it, but I contacted Brad and Jamie and he fixed it very fast. Sounds great and I use it every day.

I'd like to apologize to everyone who got a broken Ghost Disaster. It's a big bummer all around. At first we thought it was only an issue with the second batch so we assumed they must have been dropped (hard, from some place high) during shipping. Seems that's not the case. Turns out we got a bad batch of pots that we use for the depth control. I was able to break a bunch of them by hand with minimal pressure. When the depth pot flexes or breaks it causes the circuit board to lift up and the LED to fall in. At this point we fixed about half of them. All of the remaining stock at tone factor has been repaired. If you receive a broken Ghost Disaster, we will obviously repair it for free. Again, very sorry about this!
