I feel the pain. Its going to take me 6 months to stack everything properly. nothing is the same size and i have no space!

I run a dual rig.The Wood Wizard wrote:Speaking of dual rigs, whos got em??
Also how do you get your volume adjusted right and aany tips for eq? I have one bassy and mid pumped the other mid scooped and a little trebly with lots of bass tossed in too.

Ive read that those new hagstroms are really dark the super swede maybe? with the dual toggle switches can get silly dark.sergiomunoz74 wrote:This explorer deal pretty much fell through. I called a bunch of times, he answered one more time, he apologizes for not answering, gives me a story about how he is driving to guitar center for something and to call him back later to figure out a time. Call back and nothing.
Gah I thought I was finally in the home stretch, I want a new guitar so I can have it at C because it doesn't sound quite doomy at E. Anyone reccomend a cheap 600 dollar-ish guitar with a great dark sound with awesome sustain? Was looking at these gibson sonex from the 80's although the look doesn't seem appealing if it gets the job done I'm cool with it.
how the fuck dare you make a post like this with out pics.jwojtysiak wrote:So I pulled the trigger on a Marshall JCM 800 Superbass 1992 from '81 that i'm going to use for guitar with my Verellen Meatsmoke pre pedal. It comes with Sovtek 6550WE. Can these tubes be changed to KT-88s? Is there a different 6550 that I might want to use? Thanks.

send it to me.
I run a tri rig. stereo outs from my gt-10 with one going to my ward head and one going to a radial aby where it splits to the two earth g-2000's the ward runs the 4x12, the blue earth runs a 2x15 and a 2x12.the black earth runs the gk4x12 folded/2x10 cab. To get the respective volumes right, I fire up one amp at a time and adjust it. once I feel everything is ballpark I turn everything on and listen for left/right balance. then I adjust the black earth (middle cab) for bass punch you in the face tonez. Complicated? yes, but so worth it.The Wood Wizard wrote:Speaking of dual rigs, whos got em??
