I guess this info if good to know as well. This is the max amount of alchohol one person is allowed to bring into Norway:

Option 1:
1 Liter booze
3 liters of wine
2 liters of beer

Option 2:
4,5 liters of wine
2 liters of beer

Option 3:
6,5 liters of beer

So, if ya'll want beer, the Swedes can bring 19,5 liters of it, which is roughly 59 small cans.

Math, not even once.

There are many more permutations. If I didn't spend all day at work making spreadsheets I'd make a spreadsheet to explain our options (if everyone just wants beer that's cool I can subsist on duty free gin and the finest norwegian box wines).
