Serious question--I was always under the impression most of Europe didn't. Confirm/deny Euro-Voltron.

I'm in Amsterdam now, and they do have open container laws. (I thoroughly checked all alcohol and drug related laws before going to each country) but in certain areas it doesn't seem like anyone really cares. Especially in the red light district.
