I've wanted one since I was around 12 years old, haha.
I'm left-handed, but since it's a bolt on neck...REAL beat up...it was cheap AND I know a luthier in my city.. ANYTHING is possible...![]()
76' Grabber. Sounds MASSIVE.
I used to work with Aaron Deal (their since june 2012 bass player), really cool laid back dude, had no idea he was playing grabbers. DH was one of my hometown heroes bands growing up in DC (along with pg.99 and pig destroyer), my 1st run copy of Mark of Judas that i bought from them personally aint going no where.Saulo wrote:how much should this go for on CL? I suppose it was the DH bassist 2004-2011, my bad. Darkest hour is one of my faves. I don't own the record they recorded with the gentleman who engineered At The Gates. What record is that? It had a bunch of famous black metal guitarists solo on one long track.Ancient Astronaught wrote:I used to work with Aaron Deal (their since june 2012 bass player), really cool laid back dude, had no idea he was playing grabbers. Yes I believe he did!!dase wrote:old guy in darkest hour had a grabber with a precision neck on it didn't he? It's kinda what put the idea in my head to put a new neck on mine.
(also I have a pg99 tattoo lol)
hahahaha at their height there was 12 members, I went to school with atleast 6 or 7 of them (The Taylor brothers, Johnny, George, Mike, etc). It was what made my high school life tolerable, going to see their shows. They used to hold basement shows in the Taylors house and they were ungodly crazy, best music memories of my life. I was also lucky enough to get tickets to one of their 2 reunion shows about a year and a half ago. I just saw the other day that Pygmy Lush is going to start playing out hardcore again, I'm super excited for that as well.dase wrote:with all 20 or so members? Hehe. That rules though. Heaps jealous of anyone who got to actually see them.
