i thought for sure i was going for a pink shank (there's a pleasing juxtaposition of a so-called "girly" color and a great big knife), but that green looked so lovely. and i FINALLY had money in my paypal account, just waiting for this. :joy:

Are the Shanks PNP or NPN?

Pnp but they take a standard powersupply. The only rule is no daisy chaining for good measure.

So is there a clip anywhere of a Sound Shank? All the links to first run clips are now dead. I can't find a working link/clip anywhere.

I'm sending one to gearmanndude for a clip but it's kinda pointless now that there are only 3 left! I honestly expected them to stick around longer.

I figured the Sound Shanks would go quickly. What's the chance of doing another run, since demand has turned out to be pretty high? I totally missed the bus this round due to the holiday weekend, and I bet the rest will be gone by the time I finish typing.

I'm wondering if a slightly larger production run (parts allowing, of course) may be justified, since folks seem to be catching on to what the Buzzaround family has to offer? I must admit I'm a total johnny-come-lately on knowledge of this fuzz. I feel like it would be really cool for some Robert Quine-type playing.

Last but not least, has the supply of Dream Crushers held out? I am interested in that one too...

Still have 3 gray sound shanks. Dream crushers counts are roughly 3 royal blue, 3 celery green and 4 tangerine.

I made a very brief and sloppy one when I first got mine:

Doesn't really capture how huge this thing sounds, but you can get an idea of it.

How would you describe the sound of these?

Differences?

Man, I wish I had some money to spend. I was experimenting with my Tusk Fuzz last night, thinking about how I need more EQD in my life. haha.
