Grape Om.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

Had 5 beers and decided to have the 6th while biking and came across what I thought was a cat fight but it was a coyote with a tabby cat in its mouth so I ran over, he droped her, made sure she's okay , then hunted that dog down....waited up street...he came out, adolescent cyote...so I chased him down a good ways until he found a open spot near the creek and vanished....patrolling the area....it's clear how fucking dangerous it can be, my ol lady called few hours back saying while walking home a huge cat...probably Bob but some people say mountain lions...I've seen 2 black panthers tho...was watching her cross the bridge...seeing the shine of eyes in a bush.

I was scheduled to work at some shitty fair in the boonies Saturday and Sunday that would entail me driving like 30-40 minutes to get there at 8am. Was talking to my manager today and she asked if I'd rather work an event that's literally 4 blocks from my apartment and on the lake shore where there's a nice breeze and I don't start until 10. Booyah!

Finally coming out of a creative slump, been about four months and the dread was starting to set in. The answer was just to not go to work and stay at home with a new guitar. Also wenge is cool.

I've never taken myself on vacation before, but I just booked a few days in a semi-remote place where I intend on playing guitar, reading books, sleeping, and not being bothered by any motherfuckers.

I am excited.

It looks like muh band is gonna open up for Cymbals Eat Guitars next Sat :')
I don't get to play w these boys often as we live in different cities, so we only get together when an opportunity we can't stand to pass up comes along. To top it off, CEG has been a personal fav for seven years, so I'm mega hyped.

Also I just got a new metal stamping kit & I've got 4 enclosures ready to be populated this weekend :) Doing them all w original vero or PCB designs as well

Eh, nothing special. I settled for doing event marketing for a company that makes a very specific home improvement product. Basically, I go to events and try to get people to sign up for estimates. It's not at all something that interests me, but it's a job, the hourly pay is better than my last job (although it's not full time so I need to find something a few days a week), and I get to be outside talking to people all day which is welcome after half a year of unemployment and a year and a half of a job where I'm on a computer (often alone) for 8 hours at a time.

I'm done working for the weekend. Time to get drunk, my babies!
