Had 5 beers and decided to have the 6th while biking and came across what I thought was a cat fight but it was a coyote with a tabby cat in its mouth so I ran over, he droped her, made sure she's okay , then hunted that dog down....waited up street...he came out, adolescent cyote...so I chased him down a good ways until he found a open spot near the creek and vanished....patrolling the area....it's clear how fucking dangerous it can be, my ol lady called few hours back saying while walking home a huge cat...probably Bob but some people say mountain lions...I've seen 2 black panthers tho...was watching her cross the bridge...seeing the shine of eyes in a bush.

I was scheduled to work at some shitty fair in the boonies Saturday and Sunday that would entail me driving like 30-40 minutes to get there at 8am. Was talking to my manager today and she asked if I'd rather work an event that's literally 4 blocks from my apartment and on the lake shore where there's a nice breeze and I don't start until 10. Eh, nothing special. I settled for doing event marketing for a company that makes a very specific home improvement product. Basically, I go to events and try to get people to sign up for estimates. It's not at all something that interests me, but it's a job, the hourly pay is better than my last job (although it's not full time so I need to find something a few days a week), and I get to be outside talking to people all day which is welcome after half a year of unemployment and a year and a half of a job where I'm on a computer (often alone) for 8 hours at a time.

I'm done working for the weekend. Time to get drunk, my babies!
