Busy being out of time with the drummers snare.
I should clarify my mantra with EOFX, from the outset my aim was and has been to produce effects that would sit alongside vintage EHX, A/DA & Mu-tron that would be low noise, have a lot of variation and functionality (and some weirder sounds too) with minimal controls, fit in a small enclosure and be a 'focused effect'. There's no digital bells and whistles but every setting is usable, you can bet they'll have a lot of great sounds in them and 'sterile' isn't my game, when you kick on the warbler it adds the most pleasing warmth without stealing all your high end.
Can I add tap tempo? Yes. Am I going to? No. Apart from maybe the odd PT2399 or old school digital parts this is going to be an 99% analog game... and if I did use a PT2399 it certainly wouldn't be another damn Rebote spin.
