I think I like CYST 2 better than CYST 1. More devastation. More low end. They're both fantastic sounding though.
As I've said before, I really like DIST 3 (the stock Systech sound). DIST 4 is also really fun. Not a bad sound throughout the entire range. Plus, you've got switches to tweak the dirt exactly to your liking. I've been keeping the DIST knob around noon and adjusting to taste from there. Leaving the DAMP switch off when attempting to stack with other dirt. Tons of great sounds in this box.
LaoWiz really did an excellent job with it.
