Trying to think of ways to make a fuzz handle chords better. Separate the treble, mids, and bass frequencies and fuzz them separately? Some distortions work like that.

For chord handleage you should have a multiwave fuzz. If look at two simple fuzzes. One that's tuned for high end, and good clarity on highs, and one tuned for lows and clarity on lows. Then have a mix knob between the two. You could even keep it a two knob, volume and blend. And then maybe an internal gain trimmer on both circuits.

Precisely this.

Also, the world needs more Buzzaround variants. And weird original circuits that sputter and fizz.

Start with a Harmonic Percolator and tweak until you've got some new, nasty mutant that has far more tone range and dynamics than the original? :idk:

Parallel fuzz. Two circuits, some kind of blend to dial in the ratio between 'em. One more wooly and muffy, the other more growly and mids-y. Gain & tone controls for each. One master volume. Also, make 'em bass friendly, frequency-wise. Supreme flexibility.

Oh pleasepleasepleaseplease...

EDIT: Oh, wait - hazelwould and I both said that like two posts ago. Oops. Well, it's still the thing I want most in the world from every builder everywhere... so there ya go...

I'd love for someone to recreate some of the very early Octavia's that Hendrix used

Yes! BeeBaa, Fender Blender or FY-2/6 in an ARC box would be to die for.

 Someone's gonna have to remind chuckchuck to bump this one in a few.

I'd actually like to see/hear some type of berserk ARC filtered fuzz. :snax:
