What's the scale length on these?

I believe on the current necks he can do 24.75-25.5" scale lengths. Every fretboard is custom cut on a CNC so he can calculate whatever scale you want.

Yeah the man himself mentioned to me on the facebook aluminium axes group that he offers both Gibson and Fender scales. I'm primarily a Bass (VI) player but most of my guitar time is currently spent on a Kramer 350G and I'm digging the inbetweenness of the 25" scale; previously I spent most of my guitar time on a 24,75" scale Dean and it's amazing that the extra 0,25" on the Kramer makes me feel so much less cramped, even though the Dean has a faster neck profile. I had a similar experience when after playing my 30" Schecter Hellcat exclusively for a few months I received my 30,5" Nude Guitars custom and the extra 0,5" just felt so much better.
I have previously owned a 25,5" scale Ibanez but the neck profile and fret size on that thing just never worked for me, and have borrowed a Fender Strat from a neighbour for a while last year which was good, but before I commit to yet another 2k+ purchase, on an instrument that isn't really my main instrument, I should really spend some more time on a 25,5" neck (which I don't currently own...) so I know which scale is right for me.

Kevin can calculate any fretboard scale between those limits. Pretty sure he could do 25” if thats what you want.

Any idea of what the "offset" design he mentioned is going to look like?

IIRC it looks like the pink guitar in the OP but offset. I've only ever seen a drawing while tracking a record though. I don't think he has cut one of those bodies for a build yet.

Ah nice—a bit like the Wild Customs Wildmaster I imagine.

Hello friends. Going to post this in two threads so the busier aluminium thread sees it too. My guitar Kevin Bernsten built me is done and I'm pretty excited. I'll update once I've got it to give opinions on how it all is.

Nice. At least you found a more responsive Kevin to deal with. I like that there is more competition out there.

This Kevin was a great guy. He was available through messenger and never took more than a few hours to respond and never dicked me around. If there were delays he'd tell me why, if he tried something and it didn't work out, he let me know, and never made me feel bad for asking questions. Unsurprising to everyone, when you're honest and respectful, people are fine to be patient for as long as you need.
I'm not too sure if he wants prices posted online, but it was substantially less than an EGC.

Looks sick, saw it earlier on his Instagram page, curious to hear some impressions when you receive it!
