all the winners seem to be from USA... think that they allow anyone from whatever country to enter and then just ignore the non US/CA entrants?

As to the winners only being from the US, I would imagine the large majority of the entrants for the contest are from the US, leading to all the winners being from the US. And the giveaway has only been going since March (small sample size!). Probably not a conspiracy, just statistics
