I saw this ages ago, too, but forgot to post (oh, deer!), but I'm pretty sure it's a DOD Gonkulator clone, based on the layout alone (your trimpot tolerances may vary):



At least the price is what the Gonks were going for around a year or two (I still.......didn't buy one)
