Haven’t tried any pictures or anything, but that would absolutely be possible. These are just models I grabbed from Thingiverse, but there were a couple other models on there with 3D designs and pictures

well, dang man. Get some patterns or pics with depth on there in diff color material and I'm sold. I need a 3D printer

You could even do 3D printed lithophanes and put some LEDs in your case for backlighting

murrrrf. Torso T-1 is pretty damn neat. it can do entered patterns, Euclidean patterns, or a combo of both. super easy interface, quick to get one's head around.

first nooble -

Anyone tried playing guitar or bass through the rossum morpheus?
Since it seems to be more for sound tailoring then regular filter, I think it might be really cool as an effect for external signal. Right?

i agree - it is cool for simulating imaginary "bodies" tho gain-staging is kinda fussy :snax:

My friend just got a hydrasynth and loves it. Some of what he's recorded sounds amazing. If only I wasn't still sucked into modular land....

Speaking of... got into jazz lately and I have some very generous friends and got to borrow a Metropolix and ACL Sinfonion. One thing led to another and I ended up patching/sequencing/programing Giant Steps by John Coltrane. I was interested in trying out something that had lots of chords in different keys. So I ended up with two "soloing" instruments plus chords and drums:

And if you're curious, I also did a video walking through the patch to explain it more (in super off the cuff one take holding the phone and talking mode ):

Just bought a piston honda mk3 on MW, should get it in a week or two I guess. Also should receive a Stillson Hammer mk2 tomorrow or the day after :joy:

Going for bionic lester mk3 and kermit mk3 or mk2 next :excellent:

dag! i'm trying to avoid diving into that particular rabbit hole, as cool as they all seem. for some reason, Bionic Lester is the one that tempts me the most (but then i'll get distracted by the Synchrodyne, look at the prices for all of 'em and back the hell off  )

Found a kermit mk2 (the guy will only shi next week tho :( ). Not as powerfull as the mk3 but more reasonable, this is getting quite expensive with the PH, SH and the meridian bass :p

Thanks!

I just received the Stillson Hammer and am already having alot of fun!
It is such a different and more enjoyable workflow then the nerdseq. I'll keep the nerdseq for chords, euclidean rhythms, envelopes, samples and all that good stuff tho.
The combination of both will be amazing!

Can't wait for the PH and kermit now! :yay:
